Metalworking fluids
Stable O/W Metalworking Fluid Solution
Semi-synthetic and emulsifiable metalworking fluids, water-soluble cutting fluid concentrates, industrial cleaning and lubrication systems.
Problems we hear from formulators
- Concentrate separates, creams or precipitates after dilution or storage
- High foam under spray and circulation, or in varying water hardness
- Lubricity, cleaning and emulsion stability are hard to balance — endless reformulation
- International brands mean long lead times, high MOQs and cost pressure
Our approach
Instead of one generic emulsifier, we propose a comparable set of nonionic routes matched to your base oil, additive package, dilution ratio and site water — so you can balance emulsion stability, dilution behaviour, foam, lubricity and cost for production.
Stable emulsions, clean dilution, controllable supply.
Recommended product routes
| Role | Recommended products | Application value |
|---|---|---|
| Primary emulsification route | T80 or PEG600MO | Emulsification, wetting and dispersion for O/W systems |
| Balancing route | PEG400MO or PEG600DO | Screen the balance of emulsification, wetting, lubricity and compatibility |
| Oil-phase adjustment route | PEG400DO | Improve oil-phase compatibility or widen the emulsion stability window |
Suggested validation path
- Benchmark against your current formulation with 2–3 parallel product routes
- Check concentrate storage stability: appearance, separation, precipitation, viscosity, re-dispersion
- Dilute at your typical ratio in real site water; observe emulsion appearance, foam and stability
- Evaluate lubrication, cooling, rust protection, residue and additive compatibility under real machining conditions
- Confirm production-scale grade and supply plan after small-batch trial
